Coaches Spot Light: Larry Arrance

Larry Arrance is a marketing professional with a background in traditional and Internet businesses. He is a published author of several books and ebooks; In Jake’s Hand, Just Say NO to Patio, The SHARK Technique for Rapid Re-Employment, and Building Bullet-Proof Self-Confidence. He has co-written Winning the Debt Game and The Einstein Athlete. He has also delivered over 200 workshops on personal development.

He has written sales and marketing materials for businesses ranging from Health Care professionals, a nationally based Merchant Services provider, an inter-provincial moving company, and a manufacturer of specialty extreme off road trucks. Through his Unleash the Author Within writing workshops and coaching he has helped professionals establish themselves as authorities in their fields. Many have gone on to publishing their books or promoting themselves through magazine and newspaper columns. One client was able to dramatically increase her business presence in the US and develop a client base in Australia. Another client followed his advice and currently is No 1 in Canada.

One thing most business owners never think of, the most important figure in business, the average lifetime value of a client. Here’s what I mean by this. Let’s take a mechanic as an example. A client may come in for an initial service, which was worth $100. Now that’s what most business owners see. What they don’t realise is that over the next 5 years, that clients is going to spend $1,000 a year with them, taking it from a $100 client to a $5,000 client. How would you look at your business differently if everyone who walked through the door was worth $5,000 to you?
