I agree with your assessments – the whole timing the market thing is risky at the best of times and more gambling than anything. Buy when it makes sense for you, not when you THINK the market is at it’s bottom.

I just got off the phone with a realtor here in Vancouver that I sat down with for a Sales & Marketing Audit, a two hour business building consultation designed to put his business in the hot seat, and he said that after sitting down with him, two weeks ago, he now has sold 8 homes! Lots of activity now and more movement expected to come. It’s only a matter of time before the demand will surpass the supply.
