Newsletters are a great marketing strategy to abide your ABC’s.  Always Be Contacting.  But how do you do it?  Well there are many online Newsletter services like AWeber and Constant Contact.  CRM Systems like Infusionsoft also let you send out email newsletters.

Sounds easy, right? It can be.   But you know what I keep saying:  Technology is Great  …WHEN it Works!  Newsletters too can become a technical hair pulling nightmare.  With all the templates out there which one works best?    While content is king, formatting it is a task on its own.  Not to mention that it’s not always WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get).  With all the different email clients, browser, and devices, including mobile phones it has become alot harder to get your content to look just right.  What might look good in Outlook, doesn’t in GMail or when viewed on your iPhone.

Every business man and woman has a company in mind that symbolizes successful business to them.  For me, it’s Microsoft and Bill Gates.  I know that not everyone likes Microsoft, but hey… I remember the virtual Stone Age that ruled in the world before Windows!

Unsolicited Commercial Email or SPAM has grown at epidemic proportions.  It is rapidly becoming the number one problem that Information Technology departments deal with on a day-to-day basis, surpassing computer viruses.  The volume and percentage of unwanted email received in business and personal email inboxes is starting to overwhelm and drown out legitimate email.
